Not too long ago, cake pops were a novelty. Today, they can be found in bakeries, supermarkets, coffee shops, and dessert displays everywhere. As demand for cake pops continued to grow, so did the number of orders coming into my bakery. While business was booming, I had reached my productivity limit and the constant hand rolling was taking a physical toll.

Like many bakers, I began searching for a machine or tool that could make the process faster, easier, and more consistent. To my surprise, I couldn’t find anything that truly solved the problem. After countless searches came up empty, I decided to create my own solution.

Over the following months, through trial and error with different materials, designs, and manufacturing processes, the HCP Easy Roller was born.
