Make sure to chop theÂ Sauerkraut finely or you will just have to separate the balls after you roll them! Â TheÂ Sauerkraut will mix between the balls and hold them in a string of meatballs off the Easy Roller;)!! Either way! Â It’s not a big deal to pull the meatballs apart from each other after rolling.
I dipped them in an egg wash, coated them in breadcrumbs and fried them until golden brown:)!
