Make sure to chop the Sauerkraut finely or you will just have to separate the balls after you roll them! The Sauerkraut will mix between the balls and hold them in a string of meatballs off the Easy Roller;)!! Either way! It’s not a big deal to pull the meatballs apart from each other after rolling.
I dipped them in an egg wash, coated them in breadcrumbs and fried them until golden brown:)!
