Then it’s Cake Pops as usual!
Next get your cake! Store bought, homemade from scratch or from your favorite box mix! Once it is baked pop it into the food processor or stand mixer and turn it on till it looks like dough. Â (Or crumble and knead the cake by hand) Like this:

Dip the entire cake pop into the candy coating and tap off the excess. Â If you are not the best at dipping cake pops I recommend Sanding Sugar!! It is like magic! Â It will cover up any imperfections and make your cake pops sparkle too! So for this effect simply pour the sanding sugar all the way around the cake pop Before the chocolate melts set. Â Do this over another bowl so you don’t spill sugar everywhere:)!
Now set them in your favorite cake pop stand to set up! If you have a problem with cake pops sliding down the stick, no problem!! Just set them “ball down” on some wax paper to set! Problem Solved!
Once they have completely set you can serve them however you wish, the outside will be completely firmed up and not smear (like buttercream) and have a crunchyÂ sugary shell! Â These are served on Leaf and Fiber Plates. Â There you go, super fun, easy, and fool proof cake pops!
